Wormo.io is a Slither-style io game with shooting worms! Control your snake using your mouse, click or press space to shoot, and hold down to boost. To play, eat gems to grow larger while avoiding collisions with other worms. Use your shots to push away other players and be cautious of incoming fire. Your shots will become more potent as you grow bigger, giving you an advantage. However, as your worm size increases, your turning speed will slow down. Boost can be utilized for a quick escape or to catch up to another worm, but remember there is a 5-second limit before your worm tires out. Boosting doesn't cost gems but has a cooldown period. Strategies include avoiding head-on collisions, shooting smaller worms into groups for maximum impact, utilizing the minimap for team play, and cooperating with smaller worms to take down larger ones. In Wormo.io, shooting capabilities are introduced. You can shoot once per second in the direction you're facing, with shots growing in size and power as you increase in size. Fallen players drop gems, which can help you grow, so saving your boost for collecting gems or emergencies is beneficial. Customization options include changing your worm's color, selecting different skins with unique tail designs, choosing hats and crowns, and displaying flags. Crowns can be unlocked by placing in the top 10 on the server, with top-performing players receiving bronze, silver, gold, or diamond crowns.
